If you have booked your trip through a Travel or Holiday agency, then you may not be able to Check-in on our website as the Travel agent will use a different email address to make your booking and they may not have shared the Reservation Number.
In order to avoid delays at the airport, we recommend that you contact your Travel Agent to get this information so you can check-in.
If you need to make any changes to your trip, which was made on the HandyLang website by a Travel Agent, then we recommend that you contact them first.
